Founded in the year 2003, the Children's Charitable Foundation was started by Mark Morand, the Executive Director of the foundation. Mark Morand worked with an organization that supported the innocent victims of the relocation domestic violence. He was very sympathetic towards the neglected and abused children that could not be relocated due to the parental and state laws.

Mark's dream was to do some great work for every man. But as it was impossible for him to do this kind of work on his own he started a foundation, which consisted of a large number of people. They vowed to work together towards this great cause for the neglected children and orphans. When a child is frightened of receiving severe punishment or thrashing, he or she lives under constant stress and fear that hampers the overall development of his body and soul. Similarly, children who are under a threat always spend their lives fearing one thing or the other and the result is that they become mentally disturbed and physically weak.

Children's Charitable Foundation works as a family and believes in providing support to other families. The help is in various forms like monetary, social, geographic or even educational.
